Project "Manžan" Koper. For sale is 6200 m2 of building land for the construction of residential buildings (detached houses and semi-detached houses). The plot has not yet been communally regulated, but a building permit for the communal infrastructure for the lower plots (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) and an exchange contract with the IOC for compensation of works with a communal contribution have been obtained. For the access road to plots 8, 9, 10 and 11, a conceptual design for the access road has been made. More information is in the file "Project Manžan 2015".

We are selling plots from no. 5 to 11 (see proposal for parcelling beloww), parcels 5, 6 and 7 are already parceled out, no. 8, 9, 10 and 11 are still together as one plot.
